After some meditation and personal time, I feel like I have finally figured some things out and have signed up for a half marathon in Charlottesville (Belmonte 25K) at the end of March.
Therefore I have started to make some goals.
Keep up with my journal on a weekly basis.
List Mileage and Train Hard, Smart, Regularly and Don't make excuses.
Loose Weight (Weight in at the end of March).
Sign up for Climbing Class at SportRock DC.
Start P90X this week.
